Addons

In addition to the core functionality, you can enrich your NextGen website by adding more modules. All addon modules sell at a "one-time only" price, which means that you just pay a flat fee to add a module to your website, regardless your subscription period. Addon modules can be purchased via your BuxHost Customer Account after your website has been installed.

PTR Email Campaign module

Although NextGen has a PTC business plan, you can add a PTR (Paid to Read) module to make an additional stream of income. Using PTR, advertisers can buy email marketing campaigns on your website to send members an email advertisement. Members use buxMAIL as a free email service to received these paid emails from your advertisers. After confirming that the email has been read, you can offer your members a share of what the advertiser has paid you to send the campaign. Settings like the price per email for your advertisers, and the pay per email for your members can be made via your admin panel. By setting a higher price rate than you pay to your members, you make an additional profit. A note on buxMAIL buxMAIL is a free email service provided by BuxHost. Its basic functionality is similar as Hotmail, Gmail or Yahoo, with the key difference that a buxMAIL email address can only be used on NextGen powered websites. A buxMAIL email address is required for members who want to receive paid email from a PTR email marketing campaign.

White Label

By default, your website will be branded using a line at the bottom of each page. This line says: Powered by (vx.xx) When a someone clicks on the NextGen logo, he/she will be redirected back to www.buxhost.com. To remove this branding, you can purchase a White Label which deletes this line from each of your pages.
