    Definitions
  1. By subscribing to BuxHost.com you automatically agree to the terms and conditions in this agreement. In these Terms of Service (TOS) the customer will be referred to as 'you', whereas BuxHost.com will be referred to as 'we'.
  2. Customers that uses our services automatically agree these Terms of Service. If you do not agree these Terms of Service, you should terminate your account immediately.
    Limitatation of liabilities
  1. We are not responsible for any losses and/or damages arising out of the relationship between you and BuxHost.com. It remains your responsibility to pay your members and to make sure your have enough funds to keep your business up and running.
  2. We are not responsible for the any non-default content displayed on your website. It is your responsibility to keep your forum free of content that is generally considered as inappropriate and/or abusive.
    NextGen™ PTC Script and hosting
  1. The NextGen PTC script remains property of BuxHost.com. To protect our intellectual property rights you are not able to view or edit the script source. As a consequence, you have no ftp/database access to your hosting package. All modifications can be made in the Admin Area of the script.
  2. Your website will be installed within 10 minutes after receiving your payment. If installation is delayed unexpectedly your website will be installed within 24 hours.
  3. Updates for the script are free of charge and installed automatically. All updates are mandatory, as they may include security fixes.
  4. Support for the phpBB forum (third party application) is not provided by BuxHost, but by phpBB.
    Refund policy
  1. Paid fees and/or invoices are not refundable.
    Termination of your account
  1. You have the right to terminate your business at any moment. A time frame of 72 hours after termination of your website allow you to revoke termination if technically possible.
  2. Although we do not intent to, we remain the right to temporary suspend or, in severe cases, terminate your account. Valid reasons are, but not limited to, spamming, displaying inappropriate content, provoking racism/hate or charge backs.
